Cancellation Policy

PREPAYMENT POLICY To reserve your private concierge appointment, full payment is required prior to service. Due to the personalized nature of mobile luxury appointments, time, travel, scheduling, and sanitation preparation are reserved exclusively for each client in advance. Golden Nails Concierge provides private one-on-one luxury mobile wellness services and prepares individualized sanitized tools and products for each appointment. Therefore, appointments are confirmed only after payment is received. Appointments without payment confirmation may be canceled or released to other clients.
